Director's Statement: "This
agreement is a legally binding instrument considered signed by
the student and accepted by the school. You are responsible for
the total amount of purchase which includes, for correspondence
course-packages a $49.00 non refundable registration fee ($15.00
for the ONLINE course packages) to be retained by the school if
you cancel AFTER the initial cancellation period (the 8th
business day of material delivery, per refund policy.) If you get
a student loan, you are responsible for repaying the loan amount
plus interest. This school does not provide any form of student

has met all disclosure requirements under all pertinent California Education Codes (CEC.)
